Subject:<\/b>\u00a0Conclusion of an agreement for the distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen” on the markets of North America and South America<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw the “Company” informs that on 8th June 2023 the Company has entered into agreement for distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen” “LOTF” with U&I Entertainment LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. “U&I””Agreement”.<\/span><\/p>\n

U&I will distribute LOTF in physical format across all North & South American territories including the United States, Canada, Mexico & Latin American.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>The Company remains as publisher of the LOTF, U&I will distribute physical editions across all physical retail channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 7.1 of the MAR Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
