(&#8220;<\/span><b>Agreement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;). The Agreement relates to the acquisition through TDM of up to 30,000 shares of United Label S.A. at a price of PLN 18.05 in one or more session, package or off-market transactions executed up to and including 30 May 2023. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company is obliged to repurchase from TDM all the acquired shares of United Label S.A. by 30 December 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Disclaimer:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
