Subject:<\/b>\u00a0Setting conditions for the global release of the game ” Lords of the Fallen”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201c<\/span>Company<\/b>\u201c) announces that it has decided today to set the conditions for the global release of the game \u201eLords of the Fallen\u201d (\u201c<\/span>LOTF<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of the Company announces that the LOTF game will be available for PC and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The LOTF game will be available in three versions Standard, Deluxe and Collector’s Edition and the following prices have been set for each version:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Standard -$69.99\/\u20ac69.99;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Deluxe – $79.99\/\u20ac79.99;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Collector’s Edition – $249.99\/\u20ac229.99.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Management Board of the Company has decided to set a release date for the LOTF game on 13 October 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
