Subject:<\/b>\u00a0Conclusion of agreement for Pan-European distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201c<\/span>Company<\/b>\u201c) informs that on 24 April 2023 the Company has entered into agreement for Pan-European distribution of the game \u201cLords of the Fallen\u201d (\u201c<\/span>LOTF<\/b>\u201d) with Plaion GmbH (formerly Koch Media GmbH) with its registered office in H\u00f6fen, Austria (\u201c<\/span>Plaion<\/b>\u201d) (\u201c<\/span>Agreement<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

Plaion will distribute LOTF in physical format across all European territories including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Portugal, Nordics and Benelux.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Company remains as publisher of the game, Plaion will distribute physical editions across all physical retail channels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
