Subject:\u00a0Appointment of new members of CI Games SE bodies<\/b><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “<\/span>Company<\/b>“) announces that on 8 February 2023 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted Resolution No. 4\/1\/2023 in which, inter alia, determined the composition of the first Management Board and Supervisory Board of the Company after its transformation into a European company (“<\/span>CI Games SE”).<\/b><\/p>\n

The composition of the first Management Board of CI Games SE appointed Marek Tymi\u0144ski – President of the Management Board and David Broderick – Vice-President of the Management Board.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The composition of the first Supervisory Board of CI Games SE appointed: Artur Osuchowski, Marcin Garli\u0144ski, Adam Niewi\u0144ski, Jeremy M. J. Lewis and Florian Schuhbauer.<\/span><\/p>\n

The appointment of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of CI Games SE will be effective as of the date of registration of the Company’s transformation into a European company by the Company’s registration court in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attached to this current report, the Company provides information on the appointed members of the Management Board and members of the Supervisory Board – their education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of their professional career.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The appointed members of the Management Board and members of the Supervisory Board are not engaged in any activities competitive to the Company and do not participate in any company competitive to the Company. In addition, they are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.<\/span><\/p>\n

Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 5.5) and \u00a7 10\u00a0 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
