Subject: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A. convened for 31 January 2023, continued after the adjournment on 8 February 2023<\/b><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (the \u201c<\/span>Company<\/b>\u201d) hereby informs that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 31 January 2023 (\u201c<\/span>EGM<\/b>\u201d) until the adjournment of the meeting, the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 52\u00a0663\u00a0570 votes at the EGM based on 52\u00a0663\u00a0570 shares held. This constituted 58% of the number of votes at that EGM and 28,79 % of the total number of votes in the Company;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held 36\u00a0618\u00a0931 votes at the EGM based on 36 618\u00a0931 shares held. This constituted 40,33 % of the number of votes at that EGM and 20,02 % of the total number of votes in the Company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After the reopening of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 8 February 2023, the shareholders holding more than 5% of the votes were:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who held 52\u00a0663\u00a0570 votes at that EGM based on 52\u00a0663\u00a0570 shares held. This constituted 54,68% of the number of votes at that EGM and 28,79 % of the total number of votes in the Company;<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held 36\u00a0618\u00a0931 votes at that EGM based on 36 618\u00a0931 shares held. This constituted 38,02 % of the number of votes at that EGM and 20,02 % of the total number of votes in the Company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
