Legal basis: <\/b>Current and Periodic Information<\/span><\/p>\n Subject:\u00a0Resolutions taken up by the Extraordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A. after the adjournment on 8 February 2023<\/b><\/p>\n The Management Board of CI Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “<\/span>Company<\/b>“), provides, as an attachment to this current report, the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held after the adjournment on 8 February 2023, together with the results of voting on individual resolutions. There were no objections to the resolutions during the meeting. The total number of votes represented at this meeting was 96 303 582, representing 52,64% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 19(1)(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Disclaimer:<\/b> This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
