The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201c<\/span>Company<\/b>\u201d), acting pursuant to the provisions of \u00a7 80 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 \u201c<\/span>Regulation<\/b>\u201d), hereby informs about the dates of Company\u2019s periodic reports publication in 2023:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Periodic report for the year 2022:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Individual and consolidated annual report for 2022 – 18 April 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Periodic reports for the year 2023:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        • Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 – 25 May 2023.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2023 – 7 September 2023<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 – 23 November 2023<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with \u00a7 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2022 and 2nd quarter of 2023. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements respectively. In accordance with the provisions of \u00a7 62 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.<\/span><\/p>\n
