Subject:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Appointment of a new member of the Supervisory Board<\/span><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby informs that today i.e. 5th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2022, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company has appointed Mr. Jeremy M.J. Lewis to the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board for a joint term of the Supervisory Board, entrusting him with the function of Supervisory Board Member.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enclosed to this current report the Company is presenting the information about the Supervisory Board Member appointed \u2013 his education, qualifications and previous positions along with a description of the course of his professional career. Mr. Jeremy M.J. Lewis is not involved in an activity which competes with the Company and is not a stakeholder in a company that competes with the Company. Furthermore, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.<\/span><\/p>\n

Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 5 point 5 and \u00a7 10 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).<\/span><\/p>\n
