Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0Submission of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of CI Games S.A.<\/p>\n

Legal basis:<\/strong>\u00a0Art. 56 section 1 clause 2 of the act on public offering: current and periodic information<\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company<\/strong>\u201d), in order to provide the shareholders with the possibility of getting familiar with the candidate prior to the next Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, hereby informs that on 31st<\/sup>\u00a0August 2022, the Company received a letter from the shareholder of the Company Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, proposing appointment of Mr. Jeremy M J Lewis as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.<\/p>\n

The candidate has been submitted in association with convening for 5th<\/sup>September 2022 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, of which the Company informed in the current report 20\/2022.<\/p>\n

Attached to this report is the recommendation of candidate for member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, statements and a curriculum vitae.<\/p>\n
