Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0Notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cCompany\u201d)\u00a0hereby informs in compliance with the obligation provided for in Art. 70 section 1 of the Act of 29 th July\u00a02005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized\u00a0Trading, and Public Companies (the \u201cAct\u201d), on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e.\u00a0on 22 August 2022 from Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS with its seat in Luxembourg (\u201cAOF\u201d)\u00a0pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 1), Art. 69 section 2 point 1 a) and \u00a0Art. 69a section 1 point 3) \u00a0of the Act on the acquisition of\u00a09,147,021 shares of the Company entitling to\u00a09,147,021\u00a0votes at the general meeting of the\u00a0Company, which constitutes in round 5% of the total number of shares and votes at the general meeting\u00a0of the Company.<\/p>\n

After the acquisition, AOF directly holds\u00a036,568,931\u00a0shares of the Company entitling to\u00a036,568,931\u00a0votes at the general meeting of the Company, which constitutes 19.99% of the total number of\u00a0shares and votes at the general meeting of the Company.<\/p>\n
