The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) acting\u00a0pursuant to regulations of article 399 \u00a7 1 and art. 402\u00b9 art. 402\u00b2\u00a0of the Code of Commercial\u00a0Companies, hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company (\u201cEGM\u201d), to be held on 5 September 2022 at 11 AM in Warsaw at ul. Rondo Daszy\u0144skiego 2, Crowne Plaza Warsaw \u2013 The HUB\u00a0building.<\/p>\n

Full text of the announcement on the convocation of EGM by the Company\u2019s Management Board\u00a0along with the proposed agenda, information concerning the date of registration at the EGM, draft\u00a0resolutions that will be submitted before the EGM, proxy form and the ballot\u00a0form for the EGM, information about the shareholder structure are enclosed as attachments thereto.<\/p>\n
