The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) acting
\npursuant to regulations of article 399 \u00a7 1 and art. 402\u00b9 art. 402\u00b2\u00a0of the Code of Commercial
\nCompanies, hereby convenes an Annual General Meeting of the company (\u201cAGM\u201d), to be held on 30
\nJune 2022 at 11 AM in Warsaw at ul. Rondo Daszy\u0144skiego 2, Crowne Plaza Warsaw \u2013 The Hub
\nbuilding.<\/p>\n

Full text of the announcement on the convocation of AGM by the Company\u2019s Management Board
\nalong with the proposed agenda, information concerning the date of registration at the AGM, draft
\nresolutions that will be submitted before the AGM along with materials, proxy form and the ballot
\nform for the AGM, information about the shareholder structure are enclosed as attachments thereto.
\nDetailed legal basis: \u00a7 19 clause 1 points 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 th
\nMarch 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms
\nand conditions for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being
