Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski for a new, five-year term of office, entrusting him with the position of<br \/>\nthe President of the Management Board and<\/p>\n<p>2. Mr. David Broderick entrusting him with the function of the Vice-President of the<br \/>\nManagement Board.<\/p>\n<p>The BIO\u2019s of the appointed members of the Company&amp;#39;s Management Board are available on the<br \/>\nCompany&amp;#39;s website (https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/investor-relations\/management-and-supervisory-<br \/>\nboard\/).<br \/>\nThe new, joint, five-year term of office of the Management Board will begin after the Annual General<br \/>\nMeeting of Shareholders of the Company approving the Company&amp;#39;s financial statements for 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The Company informs that none of the members of the Management Board conducts any activity<br \/>\ncompetitive to the Company, is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership or a partnership, or a<br \/>\nmember of a competitive capital company or a member of a body of any other competitive legal<br \/>\nentity, and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act<br \/>\non the National Court Register.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Monika Rumianek will remain in the position of HR Director.<\/p>\n<p>Legal basis:\u00a0\u00a7 5 point 5 and \u00a7 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on<br \/>\ncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as<br \/>\nequivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item<br \/>\n757).<\/p>\n<p>Disclaimer:\u00a0This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
