Subject:<\/strong> Notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the &quot;Company&quot;)
\nhereby informs in compliance with the obligation provided for in Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of 29 th July
\n2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized
\nTrading, and Public Companies (the &quot;Act&quot;), on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e.
\non 16 th May 2022 from Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS with its seat in Luxembourg (&quot;AOF&quot;)
\npursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 1) and Art. 69a section 1 point 3) of the Act on the acquisition of
\n18,659,651 shares of the Company entitling to 18,659,651 votes at the general meeting of the
\nCompany, which constitutes 10.20% of the total number of shares and votes at the general meeting
\nof the Company.<\/p>\n

Directly before the acquisition, AOF held 7,182,788 shares of the Company entitling to 7,182,788
\nvotes at the general meeting of the Company, which then constituted 3.93% of the total number of
\nshares and votes at the general meeting of the Company.
\nAfter the acquisition, AOF directly holds 25,842,439 shares of the Company entitling to 25,842,439
\nvotes at the general meeting of the Company, which constitutes 14.13% of the total number of
\nshares and votes at the general meeting of the Company.<\/p>\n
