Subject:<\/strong> Notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering
\nThe Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the &quot;Company&quot;)
\nhereby informs in compliance with the obligation provided for in Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of 29 th July
\n2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized
\nTrading, and Public Companies (the &quot;Act&quot;), on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e.
\non 16 th May 2022 from Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. based in Warsaw
\n(&quot;Rockbridge&quot;), acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the investment funds it manages (&quot;Funds&quot;)
\nin the manner specified in Art. 69 section 1 point 2 in connection with Art. 87 sec. 1 point 2 lit. a) of
\nthe Act on reducing the share by the Funds in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of
\nthe Company below the 5% threshold.
\nReducing the ownership of the total number of votes in the Company below the above-mentioned
\nthe threshold took place as a result of the sale of 9,459,651 shares of the Company by the Funds on
\n11 th May 2022 (the &quot;Transaction&quot;). Before the Transaction, the Funds held a total of 9,459,651 shares
\nof the Company, which constituted 5.17% of the share capital and entitled to 9,459,651 votes at the
\nCompany&#39;s general meeting, and represented 5.17% of the total number of votes in the Company.
\nThe transaction was settled on 13 th May 2022. After the conclusion and settlement of the
\nTransaction, the Funds do not hold any shares of the Company.<\/p>\n

The content of the notification is provided by the Company in the attachment to this current report.<\/p>\n
