Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0Conclusion of a loan agreement with PKO BP S.A.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company<\/strong>“) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 29th<\/sup>\u00a0April 2022, the Company concluded with Powszechna Kasa Oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci Bank Polski Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “PKO BP<\/strong>“) a multi-purpose credit limit agreement in the amount up to PLN 29 mln (hereinafter: the “Agreement<\/strong>“, “Loan<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n

The Loan was granted for the period from 29th<\/sup>\u00a0April 2022 to 31st<\/sup>\u00a0December 2023 in PLN or EUR, according to the Loan disbursement instruction submitted by the Company.<\/p>\n

David Broderick, CFO, commented:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are delighted to have secured this new facility with PKO BP, one of the largest banks in Central and Eastern Europe, a clear endorsement of our business. The new facility allows us further flexibility as we continue to execute our four-pillar strategy to develop and market our pipeline of products.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Management Board of the Company decided to publish the above-mentioned information due to the significant value of the Agreement.<\/p>\n
