CI Games has formally appointed leading investment bank Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG London Branch (“Berenberg”) as the Company\u2019s Financial Adviser in relation to a potential dual listing on the London Stock Exchange.\u00a0 In addition to this, David Broderick has been assigned as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Management Board. David has extensive capital markets experience, previously serving\u00a0 as Group Chief Financial Officer of AIM Listed Keywords Studios Plc for over three years, where he was responsible for finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also worked for over eight years at Europe’s largest low-cost airline, Ryanair Holdings plc, where he served as Director of Investor Relations.<\/p>\n
