Berenberg, Gossler &amp; Co. KG London Branch as the Company\u2019s Financial Adviser in relation to a potential dual listing\u00a0on the London Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company will inform about the further course of dual listing process and the key decisions made by means of appropriate current reports, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Legal basis:\u00a0<\/strong>Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong>\u00a0This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
