Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Appointment of Vice President of the Management Board of CI Games S.A.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company<\/strong>\u201d) hereby informs that on 1st<\/sup>\u00a0 March 2022 \u00a0the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed, with effect of\u00a0 1st<\/sup>\u00a0March 2022, Mr David Broderick to the position of\u00a0 Vice President of the Management Board \/ Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n

Below, the Company presents the information on the newly appointed Vice President of the Management Board:<\/p>\n

David Broderick is an experienced CFO, with more than two decades of strategic, technical finance and operational leadership.<\/p>\n

David, has a wealth of finance, change management and M&A experience, having held the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at AIM listed Keywords Studios Plc for over 3 years until the end of 2019. Whilst at Keywords Studios Plc, he oversaw significant growth and profitability through a mix of high organic growth and acquisitions.<\/p>\n

Prior to Keywords, he was CFO at high growth software and aviation companies. He also worked for over eight years at Europe’s largest low-cost airline, Ryanair Holdings plc, where he served as Director of Investor Relations. During this time he also oversaw the finance and operations of the Group’s inflight sales division.<\/p>\n

According to the declaration made by Mr David Broderick, he is not involved in the competitive activity against the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a competitive capital company or a member of any competitive legal entity, and does not have an entry in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.<\/p>\n
