Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Publication dates of periodic reports in 2022<\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d),\u00a0\u00a0acting pursuant to the provisions of \u00a7 80 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 \u201cRegulation<\/strong>\u201d), hereby informs about the dates of Company\u2019s periodic reports publication in 2022:<\/p>\n

  1. Periodic report for the year 2021:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u2013 Individual and consolidated annual report for 2021 \u2013 31 March 2022.<\/p>\n

    1. Periodic reports for the year 2022:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u2013 Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2022 \u2013 25 May 2022;<\/p>\n

      \u2013 Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2022 \u2013 7 September 2022;<\/p>\n

      \u2013 Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2022 \u2013 23 November 2022.<\/p>\n

      Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with \u00a7 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2021 and 2nd quarter of 2022. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements respectively. In accordance with the provisions of \u00a7 62 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.<\/p>\n
