Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Appointment of a new member of the Management Board of CI Games S.A.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby informs that on 4th<\/sup>\u00a0January 2022 \u00a0the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed, with effect taking on 24th<\/sup>\u00a0of January 2022, Mr Ido Hochman for the current joint tenure of the Management Board and entrusted him with the function of Management Board Member, Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n

Below, the Company presents the information on the newly appointed Member of the Management Board:<\/p>\n

Ido Hochman was the Director of Corporate Finance at Miniclip, a portfolio company of Tencent, and a global, top-25, developer and publisher of mobile games. During his time at Miniclip, Ido Hochman and his team were responsible for Miniclip’s strategic finance activities. Prior to his time at Miniclip Ido Hochman was an Assistant Director in Rothschild’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications team where he completed M&A and capital-raising transactions across the different\u00a0sectors.\u00a0 Ido Hochman holds an MBA from the London Business School and BS in Computer Systems Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from Boston University.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

According to the declaration made by Mr Ido Hochman, he is not involved in the competitive activity against the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a competitive capital company or a member of any competitive legal entity, and does not have an entry in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.<\/p>\n

Ido Hochman will become Management Board Member, Chief Financial Officer, and Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza will remain the Finance Director and will report directly to Ido Hochman.<\/p>\n
