As part of the objective of maximizing the Company&#8217;s market value, the Management Board of the Company has decided to consider a dual listing of the Company&#8217;s shares, i.e. introducing the Company&#8217;s shares to trading also on the second capital market. Management Board of the Company takes into account the London Stock Exchange or the Swedish Stock Exchange (Stockholm Stock Exchange).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company will inform about the further course of the strategic options review process and the key decisions made by means of appropriate current reports, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Legal basis:\u00a0<\/strong>Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong>\u00a0This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
