Underdog Studio will be responsible for the production of the games from the Sniper Ghost Warrior series. The team of Underdog Studio consists of over fifty experienced developers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Legal basis:\u00a0<\/strong>Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong>\u00a0This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
