Mr. Adam Niewi\u0144ski is not involved in an activity which competes with the Company and is not a stakeholder in a company that competes with the Company. Furthermore, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 5 point 5 and \u00a7 10 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong>\u00a0This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
