{"id":60516,"date":"2021-11-18T13:05:52","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T12:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cigames.com\/?p=60516"},"modified":"2021-11-18T13:05:52","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T12:05:52","slug":"31-2021-update-of-estimated-consolidated-financial-data-for-iii-quarter-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/31-2021-update-of-estimated-consolidated-financial-data-for-iii-quarter-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"31\/2021 &#8220;Update of estimated consolidated financial data for III quarter 2021&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Current report<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>number<\/strong>: 31\/2021<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Date:<\/strong>\u00a017 November 2021<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong>\u00a0Art. 17 section 1 of MAR &#8211; inside information<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0Update of estimated consolidated financial data for III quarter 2021<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201c<strong>the Company<\/strong>\u201d) with reference to current report number 27\/2021 dated 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2021 hereby informs about updated estimated consolidated\u00a0financial data\u00a0of CI Games Capital Group S.A.\u00a0for III quarter 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The update of the financial data as regards the amount of estimated consolidated net profit for III quarter 2021 results from sale PLN 2.5 mln higher than estimated by the Company in the current report number 27\/2021 and the increase in financial revenues by PLN 2.0 mln due to positive exchange rate differences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Management Board of the Company hereby announces that the consolidated sales revenues of CI Games Capital Group S.A. for III quarter of 2021 amounted to PLN 32.7 mln (8% increase compared to estimated financial data provided in current report number 27\/2021) and consolidated net profit for III quarter 2021 amounted to PLN 13.6 mln (39% increase compared to estimated financial data provided in current report number 27\/2021).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that in the period from 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0January 2021 to 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2021 estimated consolidated sales of CI Games Capital Group S.A. amounted to PLN 81.9 mln and estimated consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 27.2 mln.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Legal basis:\u00a0<\/strong>Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong>\u00a0This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies.
