Subject<\/strong>: Conclusion of the agreement for development of survival game<\/p>\n

Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby announces that today, i.e. 15 October 2021 the Company and BatFields s.r.o. with its registered office in the Czech Republic (\u201cBatFields<\/strong>\u201d) concluded an agreement for development of the game in the survival genre (\u201cGame\u201d, \u201cAgreement\u201d). In accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, the development of the Game will be made by BatFields in cooperation with the Company and its internal team, that will include key employees responsible for the Game, particularly creative and artistic directors, technical director and projects leaders. Pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement the copyrights to the Game will be owned by the Company.\u00a0Thereby,this would be the third important IP in publishing portfolio of the Company. The development of the Game will be based on engine Unreal Engine 5 and the Game is planned to be released on PC platforms and latest console generations. BatFields is well experienced development team located in Brno.<\/p>\n

The provisions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly applied to those type of agreements.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Company\u2019s information policy,\u00a0a release date of the Game will be publicly announced in the ESPI current report.<\/p>\n

Legal basis:<\/strong>\u00a0Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).<\/p>\n
