\nThe Managing Board of CI GAMES S.A. (the \u201eCompany\u201d) would like to announce that on
\nAugust 17, 2021 it made a decision to initiate a review of strategic options for the
\nCompany, supporting further development of the Company\u2019s capital group. The purpose
\nof the review of strategic options is to select the most favorable way of achieving the
\nCompany\u2019s long-term goal which is Company development based on the existing
\nstrategy of maximizing the value for current and future shareholders. In the course of
\nthe review of strategic options, the Company\u2019s Managing Board will take into
\nconsideration various options, including gaining a strategic sector investor.
\nIn connection with the above, on August 17, 2021 the Company\u2019s Managing Board
\nsigned an agreement with an advisor Drake Star Securities LLC which will support the
\nCompany in the process of reviewing strategic options, including in particular in the
\nnegotiations and selection of a strategic sector investor. As part of the process, selected
\nentities may be provided with additional information about the Company to the extent
\nallowed by legal regulations in force. At the same time the Company\u2019s Managing Board
\nwould like to inform that as of today, no decisions were made relating to selection of a
\nspecific option and furthermore, there is no certainty whether and when any such
\ndecision will be made in the future. The Managing Board will be informing publicly about
\nthe course of strategic options review in accordance with legal regulations in force.<\/p>\n

\n596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market
\nabuse (MAR).<\/p>\n
