Subject: Estimates concerning the return on investment on Sniper Ghost Warrior
\nContracts 2 game from the release date to July 31, 2021<\/p>\n
The Managing Board of CI Games S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the
\n“Company”) would like to announce upon examining estimated financial results for the
\nperiod up to July 31, 2021 that the total consolidated revenues from the sale of Sniper
\nGhost Warrior Contracts 2 game, which debuted on June 4, 2021, as reported by the
\nCompany in current report no. 3\/2021, are estimated at PLN 36m (taking into
\nconsideration provisions for potential price discounts for the game on physical media).
\nAccording to estimates, by July 31, 2021 revenues from sale exceeded total expenses
\nrelated to game development and publishing, including the costs of production,
\nmarketing, cost of production on physical media and licensing fees related to game
\nengine. Consequently, the Managing Board would like to announce that the game Sniper
\nGhost Warrior Contracts 2 achieved a full return on investment.<\/p>\n
The Company estimates total production costs (including licensing fees for the game
\nengine paid during this period) and the cost of marketing Sniper Ghost Warrior
\nContracts 2 at approximately PLN 30m by July 31, 2021 while the cost of production of
\nphysical media totaled PLN 4.8m.<\/p>\n
The data published does not include revenues from PlayStation 5 platform version,
\nwhose global release will take place on August 24, 2021, as announced by the Company
\nin current report number 16\/2021.<\/p>\n
This information is treated as confidential due to its significance for the Company,
\nparticularly for the potential impact on its financial situation.<\/p>\n
