Subject: Selection of an auditor<\/p>\n
The Managing Board of CI Games S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the
\n“Company”) would like to announce that on July 6, 2021 it received resolution no.
\n2021\/07\/01 of the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board, adopted by circulation, on the
\nselection of an auditing firm (an auditor) to audit and review the Company\u2019s
\nunconsolidated financial statements as well as consolidated financial statements of CI
\nGames Group for the fiscal years 2021-2023, i.e. to perform the following:<\/p>\n
a) review six-month unconsolidated and consolidated financial statement for the first
\nhalf of 2021;<\/p>\n
b) audit the unconsolidated and consolidated financial statement for the year 2021;<\/p>\n
c) review the six-month unconsolidated and consolidated financial statement for the first
\nhalf of 2022;<\/p>\n
d) audit the annual unconsolidated and consolidated financial statement for the year
\n2022;<\/p>\n
e) review the six-month unconsolidated and consolidated financial statement for the
\nfirst half of 2023;<\/p>\n
f) audit the annual unconsolidated and consolidated financial statement for the year
\n2023.<\/p>\n
The entity selected by the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board to perform the above financial
\naudit activities is once again UHY ECA Audyt sp. z o.o. sp.k. with the registered office in
\nWarsaw at ul. Po\u0142czy\u0144ska 31A. The entity selected is included on the list of entities
\nauthorized to audit financial statements kept by the National Chamber of Statutory
\nAuditors under registration number 3115.<\/p>\n
The authority of the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board to select the auditor arises from \u00a7 25,
\nsection 2 letter g) of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association. In turn, statutory authority of
\nthe Company\u2019s Supervisory Board to select an auditor is based on regulations of article
\n384 \u00a7 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies in connection with article 66, section 4 of
\nthe Accounting Act. In this context it must be said that selection of the auditor was
\nperformed in accordance with common law regulations in force, as well as with the
\nCompany\u2019s Articles of Association and with the Policy and procedure for the selection of
\nan auditing firm adopted by the Company. Selection of the entity authorized to audit the
\nCompany\u2019s and CI Games Group\u2019s financial statements was made based on
\nrecommendations of the Audit Committee of the Company\u2019s Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n
The Company\u2019s Managing Board decided to classify this information as confidential
\nunder the regulations of art. 17 section 1 of the MAR Regulation.<\/p>\n
Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in connection with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No
\n596\/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market
\nabuse (MAR).<\/p>\n
