The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d), in connection with current report no. 10\/2021 dated June 7, 2021, would like to publish initial data on the sale of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 (\u201cSGWC 2\u201d) in a digital version for XBOX (XBOX X\/S and XBOX One) platforms for all the distribution territories and for PlayStation 4 platform for the territories of North and South America:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The increase in sales compared to sales volume in the case of SGWC 2 vs. sales results of \u201cSniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 1\u201d in the comparable period after the release date was driven primarily by two factors. First, the Company offered two versions of SGWC 2, i.e. the basic version and deluxe version (price of the deluxe version is higher by 10 USD\/10 EURO than the price of SGWC 2 basic version). The volume of digital sales of SGWC 2 deluxe version for consoles within two days of the release is higher than the volume of digital sales of SGWC 2 basic version. Secondly, the Company has decided against introducing an additional discount for players on SGWC 2\u2019s release date, which was applied upon the debut of \u201cSniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 1\u201d in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sales data for SGWC 2 digital version for PlayStation 4 platform on the remaining territories including Europe and Australia, will be published by the Company\u2019s Managing Board once the Company receives such data from its distribution partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The above information was recognized as confidential due to its significance for the Company, particularly for the potential impact on the Company\u2019s financial situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
