The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) acting pursuant to regulations of article 399 \u00a7 1 in connection with article 395 \u00a7\u00a71, 2, 2[1] and 5 of the Code of Commercial Companies, hereby convenes an Ordinary General Meeting of the company (\u201cOGM\u201d), to be held on June 22, 2021 at 11AM. The OGM will take place in Warsaw at ul. Rondo Daszy\u0144skiego 2, Crowne Plaza Warsaw \u2013 The Hub building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Full text of the announcement on the convocation of OGM by the Company\u2019s Managing Board along with the proposed agenda, information concerning the date of registration at the OGM, draft resolutions that will be submitted before the OGM and unpublished annexes to these draft resolutions, proxy form and the ballot form for the OGM are enclosed as attachments thereto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
