Subject: \u201ePostponement of the release date of \u201cSniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2\u201d game, PlayStation 5 version\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d), in connection with current report no. 3\/2021 dated March 4, 2021 would like to inform that on this date it has decided to postpone the release date of \u201cSniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2\u201d game (\u201cSGWC2\u201d), PlayStation 5 version, which will be released later in 2021. The company will announce the new release date of SGWC2 for PlayStation 5 as soon as such new date is set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time Company\u2019s Management Board would like to announce that the release date of SGWC2 version for other consoles, including PlayStation 4, Xbox X\/S and Xbox One as well as PC remains unchanged and the game is scheduled for global release on June 4, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The above information was recognized as confidential due to its significance for the Company, particularly for the potential impact on the Company\u2019s financial situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
