Subject: \u201cAnnouncement of the Managing Board of CI Games S.A. with the headquarters in Warsaw on the convocation of an Ordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) acting pursuant to regulations of article 399 \u00a7 1 in connection with article 395 \u00a7\u00a71, 2, 21<\/sup> and 5 of the Code of Commercial Companies, hereby convenes an Ordinary General Meeting of the company (\u201cOGM\u201d), to be held on June 2, 2021 at 11AM. The OGM will be held at ul.
