The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) in connection with current report no. 2\/2021 dated January 28, 2021, would like to announce the change of publication date of consolidated and unconsolidated annual report for the year 2020 (\u201cAnnual report\u201d). The annual report will be published on April 19, 2021 rather than on April 12, 2021 as initially planned. The remaining periodic report publication dates in 2021 listed in current report no. 2\/2021 from January 28, 2021 remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Detailed legal basis: 80 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws, 2018, item 757).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
