\u201cCorrection of periodic report for 3Q 2020\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby publishes information about the correction of 3Q 2020 report published by the Company on November 27, 2020 (the \u201cReport\u201d). The correction arises from a mistake on page 30 of the Report, where, in an unconsolidated financial statement of the Company, \u201cConsolidated profit and loss account\u201d was published instead of \u201cUnconsolidated profit and loss account\u201d.<\/p>\n
The correction does not affect other items of this Report.<\/p>\n
Corrected periodic report for 3Q 2020 will be published in a separate report.<\/p>\n
Legal basis: \u00a7 15 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by legal provisions of a non-member state recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).<\/p>\n
