{"id":57134,"date":"2021-05-30T09:56:16","date_gmt":"2021-05-30T07:56:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cigames.com\/2-2021-dates-of-periodic-reports-publication-in-2021\/"},"modified":"2021-05-30T11:58:30","modified_gmt":"2021-05-30T09:58:30","slug":"2-2021-dates-of-periodic-reports-publication-in-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cigames.com\/en\/2-2021-dates-of-periodic-reports-publication-in-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"2\/2021 \u201cDates of periodic reports publication in 2021\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Current report no. 2\/2021<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, January 28, 2021<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDates of periodic reports publication in 2021\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d), acting pursuant to the provisions of \u00a7 80 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 \u201cRegulation\u201d), hereby informs about the dates of Company\u2019s periodic reports publication in 2021:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Periodic report for the year 2020:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 Individual and consolidated annual report for 2020 \u2013 April 12, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Periodic reports for the year 2021:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2021 \u2013 May 24, 2021<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2021 \u2013 August 31, 2021<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2021 \u2013 November 22, 2021<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with \u00a7 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2020 and 2nd quarter of 2021. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements respectively.
