\n\u201eAdmission and introduction into stock exchange trading of 21,000,000 of series I ordinary bearer shares of CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby informs that as of today, the Company has received the resolution of the Management Board of Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange) (\u201cGPW\u201d) no. 730\/2020 of October 1st, 2020 on admission and introduction into stock exchange trading on the GPW Main Market of series I ordinary bearer shares of CI Games S.A. (\u201cthe Resolution\u201d): In accordance with the Resolution, the series I shares issued by the Company, the total of 21,000,0090 (twenty one million) shares of nominal value of 0.01 PLN (one grosz) each, are admitted to stock exchange trading on the secondary market. Series I shares will be introduced in trading on the secondary market on October 6th, 2020, provided that they are registered by Krajowy Depozyt Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych S.A. (\u201eKDPW\u201d) on October 6th, 2020 and marked with code PLCTINT00018. The Management Board of the Company informed of conditional registration of series I shares by KDPW in the current report 39\/2019 of September 25th, 2020. The resolution of the Management Board of GPW comes into force on the date of its adoption.
