\u201cFull early repayment of the open-end credit granted by mBank S.A. and termination of the agreement for open-end credit\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby informs that on September 24th, 2020, the Company made a full early repayment of the open-end credit granted to the Company by mBank S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw, on the basis of an agreement for open-end credit of January 9th, 2018 (as amended), of the conclusion of which the Company informed in the current report no. 1\/2018 of January 9th, 2018 (\u201cthe Credit Agreement\u201d)(the Credit\u201d).<\/p>\n
In association with repayment of the Credit, the Credit Agreement shall be terminated on September 25th, 2020 on the basis of Annex 3 to the Credit Agreement, concluded by the parties on September 25th, 2020.<\/p>\n
Conclusion of Annex 3 to the Credit Agreement not only terminates the Agreement as of the date stated above, but also exhaust any mutual claims of the parties to the Credit Agreement. Termination of the Credit Agreement results in release of all securities established in association with its conclusion, including the registered pledge for 15,000,000 shares of the majority shareholder of the Company, Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski.<\/p>\n
Upon repayment of the credit, the CI Games Capital Group has in its bank accounts, as of September 24th, 2020, funds in the total amount of PLN 28.6 million (in words: twenty-eight million six hundred thousand zlotys). At the same time, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that upon termination of the Credit Agreement, the CI Games Capital Group has no bank financing.<\/p>\n
