Subject: \u201cNegotiation of the co-publishing contract for LOTF2\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company) hereby informs that the Company has entered into and is conducting negotiations for a binding co-publishing contract with a big global entity, engaged in production, publishing and distribution of video games. Entering into such contract will potentially result in investment by the new partner at the level exceeding PLN 50 million in production of \u201cLords of the Fallen 2\u201d (\u201cLOTF2\u201d), co-publishing of LOTF2 by the parties to the contract and equal share of the parties in profits from sale of this game. In the course of negotiations, it has been decided that the rights to the \u201cLords of the Fallen\u201d brand and to independent publication of a potential continuation to LOTF2 will remain with the Company. The Company will provide information on the results of these negotiations in separate current reports. As a result of the analysis conducted, the Management Board of the Company decided that it was justified to qualify the above information as confidential information as defined in art. 17 section 1 of the MAR, subject to publication in form of this report. The information has been considered confidential due to its potentially significant impact on operations of the Company.<\/p>\n
