ON JULY 27TH, 2020\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Current report 21\/2020<\/p>\n<p>Subject: The list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A. on July 27th, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby informs that the sole shareholder holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held on July 27th, 2020 (\u201cOGM\u201d) was Mr. Marek Tymi\u0144ski, who had at his disposal\u00a0 52 663 570 votes at the OGM, based on 52 663 570 shares held.
