\u201eInformation on estimated sales results for the 1st half of year 2020 and the amount of own funds of the CI GAMES Capital Group\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby informs that the consolidated value<\/p>\n
of sales for the first half has been estimated to be PLN 25.4 million, in which the estimated sales for the 2nd quarter amount to<\/p>\n
PLN 13.1 million.<\/p>\n
Moreover, in association to the current report 14\/2020 of 29 June 2020, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that<\/p>\n
according to information presented in the report, the value of funds used by the Company, based on the<\/p>\n
credit contract, amounted to PLN 12.5 million as of June 30th, 2020, and according to the information obtained, own funds<\/p>\n
in the CI GAMES Capital Group amounted to PLN 12.8 million. As such, the net cash position of the<\/p>\n
CI GAMES Capital Group amounted to net PLN 0.3 million as of June 30th, 2020.<\/p>\n
