The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (\u201cthe Company\u201d), on the basis of \u00a7 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent (the Regulation) hereby notifies the general public of the deadlines for submission of periodic reports in year 2020:<\/p>\n
Periodic report for year 2019:<\/p>\n
– Unit and consolidated annual report for year 2019: March 27th, 2020<\/p>\n
Periodic reports for year 2020:<\/p>\n
– Consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of year 2020: May 22nd, 2020<\/p>\n
– Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of year 2020: September 4th,\u00a0 2020<\/p>\n
– Consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of year 2020: November 27th, 2020<\/p>\n
The Management Board of the Company also informs that according to provisions of \u00a7 79 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish its quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of year 2019 and for the 2nd quarter of year 2020. The consolidated reports<\/p>\n
published by the Company: the quarterly report and the semi-annual report, are to include the quarterly and semi-annual summarized financial statements, respectively. In accordance with provisions of \u00a7 62 section 1 and 3 of the Regulation,<\/p>\n
the Company will not submit separate unit quarterly reports and a separate unit semi-annual report.<\/p>\n
