\u201cDetermination of issue price of series H shares and final number of series H shares offered within particular tranches\u201d.
\nThe Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that in relation to the current report no. 7\/2019 of May 20, 2019, today, after initial allocation of subscriptions with the use of IT system of Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A. (\u201cGPW\u201d \u2013 Warsaw Stock Exchange), acting in agreement with Issue Agent \u2013 Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. \u2013 the Company determined the final price of the bearer series H shares offered within public offering (\u201cSeries H Shares\u201d) to be PLN 0.90 (in words: ninety groszes) per each Series H Share.
\nMoreover, the Company acting in agreement with the Issue Agent after the initial allocation of the subscriptions with the use of IT system of GPW, determined the final number of Series H Shares offered within the public offering to be 10,839,392, divided as follows:
\na) 271,204 (in words: two hundred seventy one thousand two hundred four) in tranche to which subscription could be made by investors holding the priority right to the acquisition of Series H shares;
\nb) 10,568,188 (in words: ten million five hundred sixty eight thousand one hundred eighty eight) in tranche, to which subscriptions could be made by all investors.<\/p>\n
