The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) in relation to current reports of the Company no. 7\/2019 and no. 8\/2019, hereby informs that on the Company’s website:\u00a0www.cigames.com<\/a>, in \u201cInvestor Relations\u201d tab and on the website of the Issuing Agent \u2013 Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A.:\u00a0www.trigon.pl<\/a>, on May 30, 2019 an Information Memorandum was published, prepared in relation to the public offer for not less than 1 (one) and not more than 12,000,000 (twelve million) ordinary bearer series H shares of nominal value of PLN 0.01 (one grosz) each share, issued with the exclusion of the right to acquire of the current shareholders of the Company and subject to limited priority right of the current shareholders of the Company.<\/p>\n Subscription to series H shares shall take place on June 4-10, 2019.<\/p>\n Detailed information on public offering of series H shares can be found in the Information Memorandum.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Legal basis: art. 17(1) as read with 7(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 596\/2014 of April 16, 2014, concerning market abuse regulation (MAR).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Marek Tymi\u0144ski \u2013 President of the Management Board<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Current report 12\/2019 Thursday, May 30, 2019 Confidential information \u201cPublication of Information Memorandum due to the issue of series H shares\u201d.
