\u201cAppointment of Member of the Supervisory Board of CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs, that today, i.e. on Thursday, September 27, 2018, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company\u2019s Shareholders appointed, with effect taking on Thursday, September 27, 2018, Mr Marcin Garli\u0144ski for the current joint tenure of the Supervisory Board and entrusted him with the function of Supervisory Board Member.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Below, the Company presents the information on the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board:<\/p>\n

Mr Marcin Garli\u0144ski is a graduate of management master studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw majoring in Banking and Finances. In the years 1997-1999, Marcin Garli\u0144ski held the function of the Finance Director and a Member of the Management Board in MUZA S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw. Since 1999 till now, he held the function of President of the Management Board and Managing Director in MUZA S.A. Moreover, Marcin Garli\u0144ski is a President of the Supervisory Board at Medical Finance Group S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, Member of Supervisory Board of Bank Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielczy w Ostrowi Mazowieckiej and a Member of Supervisory Board of PDK S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw. Marcin Garli\u0144ski is also a Member of Management of the Foundation for the Department and Clinic of Paediatrics, Hematology and Oncology of the Medical University of Warsaw.<\/p>\n

Mr Marcin Garli\u0144ski declared that he:<\/p>\n

\u2013 has the capacity to act in law, \u2013 meets the independence criteria refereed to in the rule II.Z.4. defined in the set of Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2016, \u2013 is not involved in the competitive activity against the Company, \u2013 is not an associate in competitive private partnerships or commercial partnerships, \u2013 is not a member of any competitive company\u2019s body, \u2013 is not a member of any competitive legal entities\u2019 body, \u2013 is not and was not a subject to legally binding decision of a court for an offense, as well as he was not deprived of the right to carry out business activity as a self-employed person and of the right to perform the function of a supervisory board member, representative or proxy in a commercial company, state enterprise, cooperative, foundation or association, \u2013 does not have and he did not have an entry in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to Act of August 20, 1997 on National Court Register.<\/p>\n

Detailed legal basis: \u00a7 10 regarding \u00a7 5 (5) of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).<\/p>\n
