Thursday, March 15, 2018<\/span><\/p>\n Current and periodic information<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAdmission and introduction to exchange trading of 40,000 ordinary bearer series F shares of the Company CI Games S.A.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that it received a resolution of the Management of Gie\u0142da Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych w Warszawie S.A. (\u201cGPW\u201d) no. 214\/2018 dated March 15, 2018, on the admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of GPW of ordinary bearer series F shares of CI Games S.A. (\u201cResolution\u201d). Pursuant to the Resolution, series F shares issued by the Company amounting to 40,000 (forty thousand) of the nominal value PLN 0.01 each share, will be admitted to the exchange trading on a parallel market and will be introduced by way of ordinary procedure to the exchange trading on a parallel market on Monday, March 19, 2018, subject that Krajowy Depozyt Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych S.A. on Monday, March 19, 2018, registers these shares and marks them with the PLCTINT00018 code. On the conditional registration of the abovementioned series F shares in Krajowy Depozyt Papier\u00f3w Warto\u015bciowych the Management Board of the Company informed in the current report no. 6\/2018 of Monday, March 5, 2018.
