Articles of Association.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that today the Company has been notified of the decision dated May 17, 2018 of the Company Registry Court \u2013 District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, based on which the aforementioned Court recorded the amended Articles of Association in terms of the amount of Company share capital. The Company announced the amendments to the Articles of Association in Current Report No. 10\/2018 of March 26, 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Company\u2019s capital amounts to PLN 1,511,099.90 and is divided into 151,109,990 ordinary bearer shares of nominal value of PLN 0.01 each share. The total number of votes resulting from all Company shares is 151,109,990.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Company including the aforementioned changes registered by the Registration Court was adopted by the Management Board of the Company on March 26, 2018 and forwarded as an attachment to the aforementioned current report No. 10\/2018 published by the Company on that day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Detailed legal basis: para. 5 item 1 and para. 6 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Marek Tymi\u0144ski \u2013 President of the Management Board<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Current report no. 19\/2018 Current and periodic information Tuesday, June 5, 2018 \u201cCourt registration of amending CI Games S.A.
