\u201cConclusion of the agreement for the development and production of the game, Lords of the Fallen 2.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the \u201cCompany\u201d) hereby informs that on June 1, 2018, at 08:00 p.m., an agreement was signed between the Company and Defiant Studios LLC based in New York (\u201cDefiant\u201d), under which Defiant will develop, based on its own creative vision, a video role-playing game (RPG) version for XboxOne, Playstation4 and PC, which will be the next game in the series \u201cLords of the Fallen.\u201d<\/p>\n
Defiant is a well-known developer of video games.<\/p>\n
The provisions of the aforementioned agreement do not differ from those commonly applied to those kinds of agreements.<\/p>\n
