The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (\u201cCompany\u201d) hereby publishes the content of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, as an annex to this current report together with contents of documents that were subject to voting during that General Meeting.<\/p>\n
Detailed legal basis: Article 19 (1)(6) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).<\/p>\n
